There are a few changes in place at the clinic for your safety and assurance.

The main door will be open from the street as usual. The buzzer system on the 2nd floor and door entry touch points will be sanitised after each client, and there is hand sanitiser in the hall for your use. Please do not arrive early for your treatment, to avoid unnecessary contact with others.

I have arranged the seating so we can sit 2 metres apart for a brief consultation prior to treatment. For all clients, I will have asked for your responses to a COVID questionnaire, which I will send to you the day prior to your treatment.

It is a requirement for you to wear a mask during your treatment except when facing down, which I will provide, but you are also welcome to wear your own. I will be observing all required PPE and hand sanitising protocol, the room will be ventilated throughout your treatment, and sessions are 45 minutes long as advised by my governing body (SMTO), to reduce contact time.

Things will be different as they are for everyone, but rest assured, you’ll still receive the same level of treatment and care.
